However, during sample evaluation, the low-cost panel showed limitations in brightness, color consistency, and long-term viewing comfort.
In 2024, Tenfly met a Singapore-based distributor at a trade show. The client operates their own local monitor brand and supplies office monitors to Amazon DE and regional retail channels.
At the beginning, the client placed a 100-unit trial order to evaluate product quality and market response. While cost was important, they also needed stable quality to support their brand positioning in the Singapore market.
Based in Malaysia, this startup electronics distributor was at an early stage of development, with limited brand awareness, sales channels, and market experience. They were looking to enter the monitor segment, targeting office use and entry-level gaming users.
