In 2024, Tenfly started working with a UAE-based online seller focused on entry-level monitors for Noon and local platforms. The client initially aimed for a low-cost 24-inch monitor to quickly test the market.

However, during sample evaluation, the low-cost panel showed limitations in brightness, color consistency, and long-term viewing comfort.

The client accepted the panel upgrade solution. Although the cost increased slightly, the overall product competitiveness improved significantly:

  • The product shifted from a low-cost trial model to a stable selling product
  • Customer feedback after launch was noticeably better than previous models

Future Cooperation

The project started with a low-cost trial (around 50 units).
After switching to IPS, the product gained better market acceptance, reaching 3000+ units in follow-up orders.
